This policy applies to all purchases made through our website, whether for personal or commercial use. At Creative Signet, we take pride in delivering high-quality digital artwork for pet lovers. As all our products are delivered as digital files, our Return and Refund policy reflects the intangible and irreversible nature of our offerings and incorporates international consumer-protection requirements.
At the time of purchase, all customers are required to check a box confirming that they agree to our Terms of Service and this Return and Refund Policy. This ensures clear communication and consent before completing any order.
Standard Digital Products (Instant Downloads)
All sales of non-custom, instant-download products are final and non-refundable once the digital files have been delivered or accessed. By completing your purchase, you:

Waive your right of withdrawal under EU and UK consumer-protection laws.
Due to the irreversible nature of digital downloads, once a file has been delivered or accessed, no cancellations, refunds, or exchanges can be offered under any circumstances.
If a downloaded file is corrupted, incomplete, or does not match its description, please contact us at support@creativesignet.com within 7 days for a replacement or fix.
Custom Orders (Pet Portrait Bundles)
We understand that creating custom artwork is a collaborative process. Our custom-order policy ensures fairness for both you and our artists:

Cancellation Window You may cancel a custom order and receive a full refund within 12 hours of placing your order — provided our design process has not yet begun.

Post-Cancellation Window After 12 hours, no refunds are available, as work will be underway and labor invested.

Faulty or Misrepresented Deliverables If final files are corrupted or clearly do not match the approved mockups, contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or correction at no extra charge.
Photo Change & Requirements
To ensure the best results for your custom dog portrait, we accept photo changes only within 12 hours of placing your order. After that, the design process may have begun and changes are only accepted if:

The original photo is found to be blurry, low-resolution, or otherwise unsuitable.

You have received explicit approval from our team to replace the file.
Photo Guidelines:

Eye-Level Angle: Please take the photo at the pet’s eye level — not from above or below — to maintain accurate body proportions.

Front View Recommended: Avoid profile (side) views unless that’s exactly the look you want. A direct front-facing shot helps us better capture your pet’s unique expression and personality.

High Contrast: Ensure your dog is clearly visible and not blending into the background.

Natural Lighting: Use natural daylight when possible. Avoid strong shadows or overexposure.

High Resolution: Upload the highest quality version available. Smartphone photos work well when properly focused.

Sharp Focus: Blurry images result in poor design quality. The dog’s facial features should be crisp and detailed.

No Heavy Filters: Avoid images with filters, overlays, or effects — they can obscure details needed for accurate styling.

Full Head Visibility: Make sure your pet’s ears and full face are visible (not cropped or cut off).
We may request a new photo if these standards are not met.
Mockup Approval Process
We provide two approval checkpoints during custom orders:

Mockup #1 – Transparent PNG. Review pose, cropping, and cleanup. Request revisions (counted against your free revisions) or allow auto-approval after 48 hours.

Mockup #2 – Style Previews. Review up to 17 styles, each with two options. You have two free revisions per style. Approve, auto-approve after 48 hours, or request further revision (additional revisions require purchase).
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, non-response within 48 hours at any stage will constitute implied acceptance of the mockup and authorize us to proceed with final delivery.
Faulty or Misrepresented Products
If any digital deliverable is corrupted, incomplete, or materially different from its description or mockups, contact us at support@creativesignet.com within 7 days for a replacement or correction.
Chargeback & Dispute Policy
We reserve the right to dispute any chargeback or payment reversal attempt on fulfilled digital orders. We may submit time-stamped download records and your agreement to our terms at checkout as evidence.
License Terms & Usage
Use of our digital artwork is subject to the license terms described in our Terms of Service, including commercial usage rights and restrictions. Make sure you review those terms before using or distributing our files.
Artistic Preference Disclaimer
While we strive for customer satisfaction, artistic taste is subjective. Refunds are not granted on the basis of personal preferences or creative interpretation after the file has been delivered.
How to Request a Refund or Correction
To start a refund assistance, contact us at refunds@creativesignet.com. Please include your order number and a description of the issue. Note that we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refund Process

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your refund request and let you know if the refund was approved.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

This policy and any disputes arising from it are governed by the laws of Ukraine.
