Delivery & Return Policy

At Creative Signet, we specialize in high-quality digital pet artwork — which means no physical items are shipped. Everything you purchase from our store is delivered electronically.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that the product is delivered digitally and that your access timestamp constitutes delivery.

Due to the nature of instant-access digital products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges after the file(s) have been delivered, regardless of download status. Refunds may be considered in rare cases of technical failure or duplicate purchase. Please contact us within 7 days of your order if you believe this applies.

How Do I Receive My Files?


For standard (non-custom) purchases:

  • A download link appears instantly on the order confirmation page.
  • You’ll also receive a follow-up email with your download link for easy future access.
  • All files are provided in ZIP archives for quick, organized downloading.

Custom Orders


If you purchase a Custom Dog Portrait Bundle, here’s how the delivery process works:

  • Within 48 hours of your order, you’ll receive the first mockup — a transparent PNG portrait of your pet for approval.
  • Once approved (or if no response is received from you within 48 hours), we’ll send the second mockup showcasing all art styles within the next 48 hours.
  • After final approval (or if we don’t hear back within another 48 hours), you’ll receive the complete download bundle via email and your order page.
  • Each art style includes up to 2 free revisions. If you need more, additional revision packs can be purchased separately.

Important: Revisions must be requested during the mockup and style preview approval stages. Once the final files are delivered based on your approval or auto-approval, further edits require purchasing an additional revision pack.

Please ensure you review and respond to mockups within 48 hours. Failure to respond will be considered an automatic approval, and we will proceed with your order based on the last provided mockup.

We’re committed to delivering a 100% satisfaction-worthy result and will work closely with you during the approval steps to make sure you're thrilled with the outcome.

File Format


You’ll receive:

  • High-resolution PNG files (5120×5120 px, 300 DPI, transparent background)
  • A second ZIP with resized PNGs (2048×2048 px)
  • In regular bundles: a bonus PDF file with a link to 17-slide Canva templates showcasing style variations
